BioSPE™ PureProt se utiliza para la purificación y desalación de proteínas intactas y péptidos grandes (MW > 10kDa) a partir de matrices biológicas (suero, plasma…) o matrices alimentarias (leche), antes del análisis LC-MS/MS.

El kit BioSPE™ PureProt está compuesto por:

  • Columnas de purificación
  • Adaptadores (para centrifugación de puntas) y/o herramientas de recolección (tubos de centrífuga o placas de recolección). Cada kit contiene dos herramientas de recolección (una para los pasos de acondicionamiento/carga/lavado y otra para el paso de elución)
  • Un protocolo detallado para una limpieza fácil y eficiente de las proteínas
